Q:
Hi. I'm trying to book for this tour with 1 night stay at Grand Canyon for a family of 3. I understand your child pricing is for 2 to 9 yrs old. Our planned trip is on the 2nd of Oct 2013 and my son is turning 10 on the 16th of Oct 2013. Why is it that your website does not allow me to indicate that my boy is still considered as a child for pricing purposes? How do I go around this then? Cheers.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to learn you are having trouble with placing your reservation online. When booking in the Easy Book section, simply select 1 child. The system will charge the child price accordingly. If prompted for your child's birthday, simply enter the birthday accordingly. At the final step of placing your reservation, you can leave a note in the comment box of the child's birthday, should we need to manually enter the birth date for you. Best Regards, Tabitha Customer Service Rep
